Morocco Desert Tour Itinerary (4 Days)

DAY 1 : MARRAKECH – OUARZAZATE – DADES GORGES

Depart Marrakech in the morning and cross the High Atlas mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka pass. Stop in Ouarzazate for a short visit to the Taourirt Kasbah. Continue through the Valley of Roses to the Dades Gorges, famous for its dramatic rock formations. Overnight in a hotel in Dades (dinner & breakfast included).

DAY 2 : DADES GORGES – TODRA – RISSANI – MERZOUGA

After breakfast, drive to the Todra Gorges, where you can walk among the towering canyon cliffs. Continue to Rissani, an ancient caravan center, to explore its traditional souk and mausoleum. Arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon and enjoy a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes to watch the sunset. Overnight in a desert camp (dinner & breakfast included).

DAY 3 : MERZOUGA – DRAA VALLEY – OUARZAZATE

Wake up early to witness the spectacular sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, ride your camel back to Merzouga. Then drive towards the Draa Valley, famous for its lush palm groves and ancient kasbahs. Stop for photos and a walk among the palms. Continue to Ouarzazate for overnight (dinner & breakfast included).

DAY 4 : OUARZAZATE – AIT BEN HADDOU – MARRAKECH

Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore the fortress and enjoy the views. Then cross the High Atlas mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka pass, with breathtaking scenery. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Drop off at your hotel (breakfast included) .
